FPL customers to receive refund from 2008 outage
Consumer advocates and utility dispute the amount

Florida Power & Light Co. customers will receive a refund for costs related to a blackout that left millions of people without power in 2008.
That much is clear. But when and how much is up for debate.
- The company has proposed giving back $2 million.
- Consumer advocates say it should be closer to $15 million.
