Wisdom From the Earth – A workshop about Food & You
Sunday, May 17th. 1:00-3:30 PM
$20.00 prepaid-$25.00 at door
- Drawing upon the wisdom of ancient Chinese healing traditions and other world cultures, we will explore simple concepts for eating healthy, experience soulful sustenance for our pallet and discuss food alchemy & politically correct nutrition in a changing world.
The group will create two dishes to taste here and take home.
- We’ll show you how to grow fresh sprouts, herbs and a mini garden for healthful nutrients like enzymes and vitamins, to add to meals & save at the market .
- Everyone will receive a 2009 Shopping Guide from the Weston A. Price Foundation
