I know it may seem early to talk about it, but if you wait till June 1st, you’ll be too late to do very much. One thing that seems to be a must is a home generator. There are many sizes and options for generators. There are portable and permanent – partial and whole house – gas, propane, lp gas, diesel, solar cells and more.
Using a home generator to run your whole house is the best way to protect your home during a severe storm, though a more expensive out of pocket, the benefits seem well worth it. Having your whole house on a back up generator system that automatically kicks in – makes life truly easy.
If you are considering a whole home generator system, then contact BSA Power Solutions. BSA offers propane and natural gas generator solutions.
BSA Power Solutions provides the sales, installation, maintenance and service for our emergency standby generators for your home or business. They are owned and operated by a state licensed electrical contractor, so they do not sub contract our generator installations or service. This makes BSA a one stop shop for your home generator purchase. BSA is based in Broward County Florida, providing standby generator solutions all the communities of Broward and Palm Beach counties.

The governing board of the South Florida Water Management District approved restrictions on lawn watering, car washing, and other uses intended to cut consumption by 15 percent.
Broward County has been placed under Phase I water restrictions effective March 22. Phase I restrictions allow lawn watering and car washing three days a week:
Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays from 4 a.m. to 8 a.m. for addresses that end in an odd number;
Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays from 4 a.m. to 8 a.m. for even-number addresses.
Water restrictions do not apply to the use of 100 percent reclaimed water (reuse). Hand watering will be allowed on water days from 5 to 7 p.m. In addition to the mandatory water use restriction, all residents are encouraged to voluntarily save water both inside and outside your property. Water restriction information and other helpful water conservation tips are available at http://www.sfwmd.gov/conserve

Hi everyone,
I have a free marketing offer for our group.
The Broward Directory Blog seems to be getting more web traffic, so I am offering all our Thursday Networking Group members an opportunity to get your message out there.
If you are scheduled to present, you may wish to provide a short write up so we can place it on the web. You will be the focus for that week.
Even if you are not scheduled to present to the Thursday Networking Group, you can still send a write up about your business. I will be adding new updates on a weekly basis. The write up should include:
- who you are
- what you do
- where you are located and the extent coverage – your target demographics
- why people would want to do business with you – what makes you different
- when you do business
- How you do business – if you wish
- You can also include a photo or two
I set this system up so the web site will gain more coverage, so take advantage of this opportunity.
First come – first serve.
The Broward Directory Blog can be found at http://www.broward-directory.com
The bottom line is exposure, the more people that get to see your message – the more possibilities that you will find more business opportunities. Or in this case, the business opportunities will find you. The web is a powerful marketing tool that every business should embrace.
Kindest Regards,
Lee Smith

Daylight Saving Time Help and Support Center
Beginning in 2007, daylight saving time (DST) will be extended in the United States. DST will start on March 11, 2007, which is three weeks earlier than usual, and it will end on November 4, 2007, which is one week later than usual. This results in a new DST period that is four weeks longer than in previous years. Unless certain updates are applied to your computer, the time zone settings for your computer’s system clock may be incorrect during this four-week period. In particular, you must make sure that both your Windows operating system and your calendar programs are updated.
Do I have to update my computer?
Home users: If you use Windows Vista or have Automatic Updates turned on, you may not be affected by the change in daylight saving time. If you want to confirm, follow the steps in the Daylight Saving Time Update Guide below.
IT professionals and IT managers:The Daylight Saving Time Update Guide below will quickly lead you to KB articles and downloads for the products you specify in the guide.
