• Costa Rica is one of the most beautiful places on earth. You really have to want to live in paradise.

• If you like to sit in front of a TV set and not do any physical activity, then Costa Rica is not for you. You must have a strong desire to live life to it's fullest.

     Legal Requirements

• Even though we can handle all the paperwork, we always recommend that you hire a Costa Rican attorney to conduct your closing. We will both sleep happily at night.
