Glen Goldsmith is a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer, certified by the Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization. Certification is achieved by demonstrating extensive background and experience in civil trial practice, including numerous jury trials, continuing legal education and passing a comprehensive examination.
Mr. Goldsmith’s practice covers a board range of tort commercial litigation including products liability (defective products), medical malpractice defense, and employment litigation. In addition, he has successfully handled a variety of insurance disputes involving liability coverage, uninsured motorist coverage, group health insurance, Federal ERISA Pension claims, HMO claims and the Florida No Fault coverage (PIP). Several of these cases have resulted in favorable landmark legal decisions in Florida and Federal Appellate courts. He is admitted to practice in all circuit and appellate courts in Florida, U.S. District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the Eleventh and Fifth Circuits and the U.S. Supreme Court.
Mr. Goldsmith’s professional memberships and honorariums include the Florida Bar, Dade County Bar Association, Dade County Trial Lawyers Association, American Bar Association, Defense Research Institute, Florid Bar Committee on Student Education and Admissions to the Bar, ABAB Torts and Insurance Practice Section, ABA Young Lawyers Division, Dade county Volunteer Lawyers Program, Florida Defense Lawyers Association and National Association of Dealer Counsel to the associations.
Mr. Goldsmith has been invited to lecture at several Medical Malpractice Risk Management Seminars for physicians and has presented numerous CLE seminars on discovery methods for practicing attorneys. He also conducts specialized in-house Risk Management reviews and presentations for corporate clients upon request.
Glen Goldsmith was raised in Clearwater, Florida and received his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in 1983. He received a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Florida State University. He was also the recipient of the Outstanding Scholar Award at the FSU London Study Center in 1979.
Mark Atlas is admitted to practice in the United States Supreme Court, United States District Court for the Southern, Middle and Northern District of Florida, as well as all state and local courts in Florida. He practices corporate and civil litigation with an emphasis on insurance defense, commercial litigation, arbitration of significant corporate dispute and defense of consumer claims in the automotive industry. He handles a wide variety of matters including arbitration claims, class action litigation and personal litigation including mediations. Mr. Atlas’ experience includes representation of insurance companies and their insured clientele throughout Florida. He has successfully litigated significant multiple injury and death claims on behalf of automobile dealerships and other commercial ventures.
Mr. Atlas was raised in Cooper City, Florida and received his BS in Business Administration from the University of Florida in 1986 and his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University Law School in 1992.
Clay Morgan is admitted to practice law in Florida State Courts as well as the United States District Court for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida. His experience encompasses a broad range of personal injury cases, including product liability, medical malpractice, insurance defense and family law. Mr. Morgan is a member of the Florida Bar, Brevard County Bar Association, the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
Mr. Morgan received his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in 1987. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Florida Atlantic University in 1983.
